Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card/Debit Card/Netbanking/Upi .

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the rate plan selected.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: [24 Hours]

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after the specified window or no-shows will be charged [full amount] of the booking value.

  • Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed.

4. Identification and Registration

  • A government-issued photo ID used for the booking must be presented at check-in.

  • The name on the ID must match the reservation.

5. Occupancy Limits

  • Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.

  • Children and extra guests must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra guests or rollaway beds.

6. House Rules

  • Pets are [allowed].

  • Illegal activities, damage to property, or disturbance to other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Damage and Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

  • The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • The hotel is not responsible for injury or accidents occurring on premises due to guest negligence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.

9. Payment and Charges

  • All prices are listed in [INR] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.

  • Incidental charges (e.g., minibar, room service, damage fees) will be billed to the credit card on file.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Guest information is collected for booking and customer service purposes for 6 months

  • “We collect name, email, phone & booking details solely to process reservations. Data is retained for 6 months for audit and support. For deletion requests, contact privacy@birdharamshalatrust.site.”

11. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or labor strikes.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the stay shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/Region].
